Nail Changes with Lupus















Lupus Symptom:  Nail Changes

Lupus can cause the nails to crack or fall off.  They may be discolored with blue or reddish spots at the base.  These spots are actually in the nail bed, the result of inflamed small blood vessels.  Swelling may also make the skin around the base of the nail look red and puffy.

  1. As reported by Stanford Medical, It is really the ONLY reason women in this country live 10 years more and weigh 42 pounds less than we do.

    (And actually, it has totally NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret-exercise and absolutely EVERYTHING around "HOW" they are eating.)
